Londonderry United Methodist Church has a strict policy for the protection of the children and youth of the church, and for the protection of the leaders of programs that serve them. 

Our Child-Safe Ministry program has two key requirement for all programs involving children and youth, including Sunday School classes:

• all adult leaders must undergo a criminal background check, interview, and reference check; and sign a covenent to be Child-Safe Certified
• two unrelated Child-Safe Certified adults must be present at all times

We also provide continuing education for the program leaders on issues related to protection of our children and youth.
