"Men With Tools" is an informal group of LUMC men who provide assistance with handyman chores for the elderly and others in need in our community. Open to all who are willing to help, the group gets together only when a need is identified. A call for volunteers goes out and those who are willing and able assemble to address the need.

Latest Project

In July 2009 we worked on rebuilding a deck for a family who lost their husband and father to cancer last year. The deck width was expanded by two feet, with new joists, stairs, railings and slightly used cedar decking installed.
